10, raw and auxiliary materials: materials required for the production of lithium-ion batteries, including positive and negative electrode materials. Conducting agent, binder, diaphragm, electrolyte, fluid collector, shell, safety valve, etc.;
11, sub-standard batteries: batteries tested, some of the performance, specifications can not fully meet the requirements of the battery;
12, end-of-life battery: can no longer continue to use, scrap or unqualified battery;
13, flash point: under the specified experimental conditions, combustible liquid or solid surface vapor and air to form a mixture, the minimum temperature of the liquid or solid that can flash ignition when encountering an ignition source (using the closed cup method of testing);
